Here’s a few ideas on materials to help get you going…see if you can design your own instrument!
Ecomusic materials
The following materials might be useful:
- Glue – gluesticks
- Scissors
- Decorations – googly eyes, stars, glitter, whatever you like!
- Felt tip pens, markers, crayons
- Beads
- String
- Rice
- Tape
- Balloons
- Straws
- Stanley knife (to be used only by adults!)
- Tin foil
Materials – recycled
- Garden hose
- Plastic bottles of all sizes
- Yogurt pots
- Toilet tubes
- Cardboard boxes
- Elastic bands
- Anything else that is child-safe and durable
